SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS ADVERTISED ON 28TH OCTOBER 2025
Pursuant to Section 17 and Schedule I of the Social Health Insurance Act, Act No. 16 of 2023, the Social Health Authority (SHA) Board invited interested and qualified individuals to submit applications for consideration for appointment to various vacant positions. The vacancies were advertised through local newspapers and the official SHA website on 28th October 2025, with the application deadline set for 18th November 2025.
At the close of the application window on 18th November 2025, a total of 691 applications had been received. Out of these, 18 applicants met the outlined criteria and were shortlisted, while 673 applicants did not meet the requirements.
A. SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES AND INTERVIEW SCHEDULE
The shortlisted candidates are invited to attend interviews at the Social Health Authority Headquarters, 10th Floor Boardroom. Interviews will take place on the dates and times indicated in the official interview schedule as communicated to each candidate.
Interview dates:
15th December 2025 to 16th December 2025
Candidates are advised to review the schedule carefully and adhere to their allocated interview slots.
B. INTERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS
Shortlisted applicants are required to report to the interview venue at least thirty minutes before the scheduled interview time.
Each shortlisted applicant must bring the original copies of the following documents:
a) National Identity Card
b) Academic and professional certificates, including transcripts
c) Valid clearances from the following institutions:
i. Higher Education Loans Board
ii. Kenya Revenue Authority
iii. A registered Credit Reference Bureau
iv. Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Police Clearance)
v. Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (duly stamped self-declaration form or EACC acknowledgement)
d) Letters of recognition of qualifications from the Commission for University Education for applicants with degrees obtained from foreign universities
e) Recommendation letters or certificates of good standing from relevant professional bodies and associations, where applicable
f) Any other supporting documents or testimonials relevant to the application
C. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Members of the public are invited to submit any adverse information concerning any of the shortlisted applicants. Such information should be addressed to the Chairperson, Social Health Authority, SHA Building, 10th Floor, Nairobi, or sent via email to [email protected].
All submissions must be received on or before 12th December 2025 at 5:00 PM.
