Key Purpose Statement
Drive market growth and strengthen brand equity by executing impactful trade marketing strategies, optimizing marketing investments, and aligning stakeholders to deliver sustainable ROI and deep consumer engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Execution of Brand & Trade Strategies
- Implement brand portfolio strategies effectively across key markets.
- Lead trade marketing activations aimed at driving visibility, engagement, and sales growth.
- Support market share expansion and enhance brand presence at retail level.
2. Optimised Marketing Investments
- Evaluate national and regional promotional activities to ensure positive ROI.
- Align trade marketing efforts with business priorities to drive NARTD (Non-Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink) growth.
- Enhance brand value through efficient allocation and optimization of marketing resources.
3. Innovative Category Development
- Use category insights and cross-market learnings to develop tailored activation plans.
- Adapt trade marketing activities to match local market dynamics and shopper behaviour.
- Innovate approaches that enhance product presence and consumer conversion.
4. Stakeholder Alignment & Process Excellence
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing and growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing standards and planning processes.
- Support the execution of strategies that reinforce CCBA’s long-term commercial direction.
Skills, Experience & Education
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, with specialization in trade marketing and category development.
- Proven ability to implement brand portfolio strategies.
- Experience in budget management, marketing research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated success driving sales growth through promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Experience in merchandising and product placement across retail channels.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trade performance data and optimize tactics.
- Solid project management capabilities to coordinate trade marketing activities seamlessly.
- Ability to create tailored activation plans aligned to local shopper needs.
