2. Senior Manager, FBO & NGOs

This role leads and manages the MSME Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) and NGO sector portfolio. The position provides strategic direction for sector growth, drives revenue performance, manages portfolio risk, and ensures delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions for MSME clients within the sector.
3. Senior Manager, Self-Help Groups

5. Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Quality Assurance, this role is responsible for performing quality reviews on business requirements, developing standardized testing strategies, leading functional and non-functional testing, and implementing quality reporting processes to ensure adherence to software development standards.
6. Manager, Clean Energy & Green Lending
