Dozer Operator

Victory Farms is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator capable of operating bulldozers to move and level earth during pond construction and other infrastructure projects at the farm and related construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
The Dozer Operator will primarily support pond, reservoir, and road construction activities. Responsibilities include leveling sites, compacting earthworks, conducting site clearance, excavating murram or gravel for construction, and removing obstacles to pave the way for installations.
The operator must follow engineering plans carefully to ensure accuracy in excavations and grading.
Equipment Maintenance
The role includes performing daily pre-work and post-work inspections to confirm that equipment remains in safe working condition. Routine maintenance inspections must be carried out to ensure fluids and oils are at appropriate levels and that moving parts are adequately lubricated.
Any maintenance issues requiring repair should be reported immediately for corrective action.
Safety and Compliance
