PROJECT COORDINATOR

APHRC is implementing the Cross-border Evidence and Policy Sovereignty (CACEPS) project through the African Union African Think Tank Platform (ATTP). This project aims to strengthen African think tanks and policy institutions in producing high-quality evidence, shaping policy discourse, facilitating cross-boundary learning, and advancing Africa’s development priorities. APHRC seeks to recruit a Project Coordinator with a proven track record of working with major donors including foundations and bilateral agencies.
The Coordinator will design, coordinate, and execute research, project management and policy engagement, and provide operational assistance for the CACEPS project to ensure effective implementation, strong partner collaboration, timely output delivery, and compliance with APHRC and donor standards. The position will be based at APHRC in Nairobi and will require frequent regional travel to consortium partners, the African Union Commission (AUC), and the World Bank.

COMMUNICATIONS & MULTIMEDIA OFFICER

APHRC is recruiting a Communications & Multimedia Officer to join the West Africa Regional Office in Dakar, Senegal. The Communications and Multimedia Officer will play a central role in strengthening the visibility, uptake, and policy impact of APHRC’s work in West and Central Africa. The role combines strategic communication with high-quality multimedia production to translate complex scientific evidence into accessible, compelling, and policy-relevant content for diverse audiences. Based in Dakar, the Communications and Multimedia Officer will contribute to the implementation of the communications strategy while leading the development of visual and audiovisual products.
TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR A CONSULTANCY TO CARRY OUT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR APHRC’S SITUATION ANALYSIS ON GEOPOLITICAL SHIFTS

APHRC seeks to recruit qualified Qualitative and Quantitative Field Interviewers to support data collection for its Teach for Kenya Evaluation Project. This study aims to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of TFK’s leadership-centered fellowship model in improving teacher effectiveness, learner outcomes, and community engagement in underserved communities in Nairobi City, Machakos and Kisumu Counties. 2026 INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
