The Manager, Business Performance, will enable the Data & Analytics division and its business partners to develop, implement, and continuously improve analytics frameworks, performance reporting tools, and predictive models that track the progress of business strategies and initiatives. The role is therefore critical in ensuring that the banking group makes confident, data-driven decisions, fosters stronger cross-functional collaboration, exercises prudence in its resource and cost planning, and builds the agility to respond to evolving market and customer dynamics.

The role sits within Group Finance and supports comprehensive finance needs for the property subsidiary (HFDI), the property joint venture entities (JVs), the holding company (HF Group) and consolidation processes.
The role holder is expected to be experienced in financial reporting for real estate business and also preferably banking will be responsible for preparation of management accounts for the entities, financial reporting, credit control, planning and budgeting, internal and external audit for the entities and support the Head of Finance Shared Services with consolidation.
Head, Business Channels Tribe

The Head, Business Channels Tribe is responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, development, delivery, and commercialization of all business channels across the Group. This includes digital (mobile banking, internet banking, etc.) and relevant partner ecosystems
The role holder will combine deep banking/fintech expertise, product development, Agile delivery, and commercial acumen to build and maintain scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive adoption, revenue growth, and market differentiation. He/She will provide a 360-degree leadership view across product, technology, customer experience and marketing, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to go-live and commercialization.
The role also involves leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Commercial Leads, ensuring high-performance delivery aligned to business outcomes.
