2. Business Development Officer (JR-79099) – Nairobi
The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing customer accounts, promoting financial products, and supporting revenue generation initiatives. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets.
3. Fixed Term – Contact Centre Clinical Executive (JR-79092) – Nairobi
This position focuses on handling customer clinical support inquiries through the contact centre. The successful candidate will assist clients, coordinate healthcare-related support services, and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining service excellence.
