The successful candidate will contribute to designing, implementing, and advancing research that strengthens teaching, learning, education systems, and equitable access to quality education through technology-driven solutions.

APHRC invites qualified consultants to conduct an independent End-Term Evaluation of the East African Community Pandemic Preparedness and Response Project, implemented jointly by APHRC and the East African Community (EAC) between 2023 and 2026.
The consultancy aims to provide an objective assessment of the project’s achievements and generate evidence to support future regional pandemic preparedness initiatives.
Project Background
The East African Community is a regional intergovernmental organization consisting of seven Partner States:

The Pandemic Preparedness and Response Project was established to strengthen regional and national capacities for pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response throughout the region.
