Working within the Global Programme Division, the Specialist will support Country and Regional Offices and their partners, with a particular focus on Sub‑Saharan Africa, to improve programme design, implementation, and monitoring. The position also engages with regional and global partners to advance policy reform, evidence generation, and partnerships that enhance equitable access to social protection for children and families.
