   Role Purpose: The Support Services Manager will be seconded to Kiptapkei Environmental CBO for an initial six months to establish and oversee finance, HR, administration, and compliance functions. The role will provide strategic leadership and operational support, ensuring sound financial management, internal controls, statutory and donor compliance, payroll administration, performance management, and timely reporting. A key priority is strengthening institutional capacity through staff mentoring, system improvements, and the implementation of sustainable policies, procedures, and accountability mechanisms. Working closely with the accountant and support staff, the incumbent will transfer skills to support independent management. This secondment is a capacity-building transition aimed at promoting local ownership, continuity, and long-term sustainability, with full responsibility expected to transfer to Kiptapkei Environmental CBO at the end of the six-month period.
