The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator will lead the development and implementation of monitoring frameworks for IRC programs. Responsibilities include designing data collection tools, overseeing evaluations, producing analytical reports, building the capacity of field staff in MEAL processes, and fostering a culture of evidence-based programming. The MEAL Coordinator will also ensure that feedback mechanisms are functional and responsive to beneficiary needs.
