TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC is excited to invite applications for the 2025 intake of its Young Graduate Trainee Program. This is a flagship initiative under the TotalEnergies Africa Program aimed at nurturing young talent through structured training and capacity building.
The program spans 18 months, beginning with a 6-month local training phase in Kenya, followed by a 12-month international assignment within our African subsidiaries. Over the past decade, more than 50 young professionals have successfully completed this program.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of Upper Second-Class Honors obtained within the last two years in one of the following areas:
- Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic)
- Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
- Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
- Other support functions including Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Law (LLB), Data Analytics/Statistics, Economics, Environmental Studies/Sustainability Management
- A KCSE Mean Grade of B+ or equivalent
- Maximum age of 26 years
