Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Legal & Compliance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the Group’s legal and compliance function across all entities.
- Providing strategic legal advisory services to the Board, Management, and business units.
- Developing and implementing the Group Legal & Compliance Strategy.
- Serving as Company Secretary to the Board and Management.
- Defining, monitoring, and strengthening compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.
- Developing and implementing legal and compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Managing legal risks across the organization.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
- Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
- Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
- Membership in the Law Society of Kenya.
- Certified Public Secretary (CPS) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant legal practice experience.
