Technician – Mazi Point Attendant – Nairobi, Kenya
The Technician – Mazi Point Attendant position is a hands-on role focused on the operation and support of Mazi Mobility’s charging points. You will be the first line of interaction at Mazi Points, ensuring seamless customer experiences while maintaining the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of Mazi Points to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist customers with charging processes, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of charging stations.
- Record operational data, including usage reports and performance metrics.
- Monitor the safety and security of charging points to guarantee compliance.
- Report technical faults and coordinate with engineers for escalated issues.
- Support customer education initiatives to promote awareness of EV charging.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Mazi Point stations.
