Job Purpose:
The Female Bus Driver will be responsible for operating long-distance passenger buses or heavy-duty commercial vehicles safely, efficiently, and in compliance with transport regulations. The role requires adherence to safety procedures, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
The position of Female Bus Driver comes with critical responsibilities. Successful applicants will be required to:
- Safely operate long-distance buses or heavy commercial vehicles, ensuring passengers reach their destinations in a timely and secure manner.

- Hold a valid driving licence with classes ABCE and an NTSA PSV licence.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in driving long-distance buses or heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
- Present a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Hold a minimum of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Be between 35 and 50 years of age at the time of application.
- Provide three (3) referees, including a recommendation from a previous employer.
- Show working knowledge of first aid procedures, demonstrating readiness to respond to passenger emergencies.
- Be a citizen of one of the East African Community member states (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, or South Sudan).

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, reporting and documentation of compliance risk associated with the bank’s business operations. He /She is also required to prioritize and follow up on non-compliance issues to closure. The officer will also have the responsibility to investigate and report on fraud related incidences.
The Role
Specifically, the successful jobholder will be required to:
- Manage compliance risk and provide support to all the business units • Coordinate production, documentation and approval of all compliance programs
- Escalate significant ethical or business practice concerns and work closely with relevant business and staff functions to investigate the concerns and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Administer the compliance program and coordinate the business compliance with the local and international regulations.

- Proactively identify and monitor changes in the regulatory environment and ensure the bank’s policy framework is updated.

Skills, Competencies and Experience
The successful candidate will be required to have the following skills and competencies:
- Business/Computer/Information Systems degree or higher
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (audit role will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of general banking principles
- Demonstrable knowledge in risk assessment and control concepts/methodologies.
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict management to resolve problems that may arise during an audit.
