Job Purpose and Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Underwriting, and operating in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. The Life Insurance Client Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role requires an understanding of life insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset. This challenging position requires the candidate to perform the following functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
- Assist clients with policy information, premium payments, beneficiary updates, and claims processes.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Document all client interactions in CRM systems and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
- Generate reports and assist in policy audits or reviews as needed.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
- Relevant degree from a recognized university
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of computer skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- 2 years of Life insurance experience
