We are seeking dynamic professionals to join our Nairobi team in the following roles:
1. Manager, Payments (JR-72495)
Responsible for overseeing payment operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. The role includes managing payment processing systems, enhancing automation, and maintaining internal controls.
2. Manager, Payments (FMB) (JR-72511)
Tasked with developing and managing payment solutions within Faulu Microfinance Bank, focusing on optimizing transaction processes, improving turnaround times, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
3. Legal Officer – Faulu Microfinance Bank (JR-72487)
Provides legal advisory support to ensure the bank’s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. The role includes drafting contracts, managing litigation, and offering guidance on corporate governance.
4. Security Manager – Faulu Microfinance Bank (JR-72294)
Leads the design and implementation of security policies, systems, and procedures to protect staff, assets, and information. The position also oversees incident response and risk mitigation strategies.
5. Payment Analyst – Alternate Distribution Channels (JR-72332)
Supports payment channel operations by analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and supporting system enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
6. Risk Manager (JR-72230)
