Primary Purpose and Scope of the Job
The Kukito Operations Lead will oversee, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the branch operations. This includes planning, organizing, and training staff to meet and exceed sales targets, operational goals, cost control measures, employee satisfaction, customer experience, food quality, hygiene standards, and overall restaurant sanitation.
