POSITION: Delivery and On-Boarding Associate
The Delivery and On-Boarding Associate will be involved in delivering vehicles and related assets to customers and managing the onboarding experience. Responsibilities include coordinating delivery schedules, preparing documentation, conducting handover sessions, explaining product features, guiding customers through operational processes, and ensuring that each onboarding experience meets service standards.

POSITION: Head of Service
The Head of Service will oversee all service-related operations for the organisation. POSITION: Inventory Manager
The Inventory Manager will manage inventory across all operational sites, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient supply flows. POSITION: Head of People
The Head of People will lead all people operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organisational culture development, compensation and benefits oversight, and workforce planning.
This role involves developing people strategies, ensuring compliance with labour laws, supporting leadership teams, managing employee engagement programs, guiding HR processes, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring effective HR service delivery across the organisation.

POSITION: Head of Customer Success, East Africa
