1. Specialist, Third Party Vendor Management

This role is responsible for managing and overseeing third-party vendor relationships to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, regulatory expectations, and internal standards. The incumbent will coordinate vendor performance reviews, manage risks associated with third-party engagements, and support compliance with governance frameworks. Key duties include monitoring vendor service delivery, supporting contract management processes, addressing vendor-related issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure continuity, efficiency, and value for money in vendor engagements.
2. Specialist, Procurement Sourcing
Business Segment: Group Functions
Location: Westlands Road, Nairobi

The Specialist, Procurement Sourcing role supports the sourcing and procurement of goods and services across the Bank. The position focuses on identifying sourcing opportunities, managing supplier engagements, and supporting cost optimization initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating sourcing activities, supporting tendering and supplier selection processes, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring procurement activities align with internal policies and governance requirements while meeting business needs.
3. Specialist, Trade
Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking

This role supports the delivery of trade finance solutions to clients within Corporate & Investment Banking. The incumbent will manage trade-related transactions, provide advisory support to relationship teams, and ensure trade products are executed efficiently and in line with regulatory and internal requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting structured trade solutions, coordinating transaction processing, managing client requests, and contributing to the growth and quality of the trade portfolio.
4. Officer, Trade Operations
Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking

The Officer, Trade Operations role focuses on the operational processing of trade finance transactions. The position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of trade operations while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include processing trade instruments, verifying documentation, resolving operational queries, supporting risk controls, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end trade transaction management.
