1. Data Analytics Business Partner

Role Purpose
The Data Analytics Business Partner will support strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights and analytics solutions within the Finance & Innovation Cluster. The role bridges business needs and data capabilities to drive performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with finance and innovation teams to understand analytical and reporting needs
- Translate business challenges into data-driven insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
- Support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency
- Promote adoption of analytics tools and insights across the cluster
2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Analyst

Role Purpose
The AML Analyst will support Safaricom’s commitment to financial integrity by detecting, investigating, and reporting suspicious transactions and activities in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

- Monitor customer transactions and activities for potential money laundering risks
- Conduct investigations and document findings
- Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen AML controls

3. Senior Officer, Fraud Investigations
Location: Kenya

Role Purpose
The Senior Officer, Fraud Investigations will conduct and support investigations into fraud, misconduct, and ethical breaches, safeguarding Safaricom’s assets, reputation, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct fraud and misconduct investigations
- Collect, analyze, and document evidence
- Interview relevant stakeholders and prepare investigation reports
- Provide recommendations for corrective and disciplinary action
- Identify fraud trends and emerging risks

4. Principal Cyber Security Automation Architect
