Job Description

The Intern – Meeting Services will support the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings and conferences organized by the programme. The intern will work closely with meeting services staff to ensure smooth preparation and delivery of official events and sessions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and official sessions.
  • Supporting logistical arrangements for events, including meeting schedules, documentation, and coordination with relevant units.
