1. Faulu MFB – Senior Relationship Officer SME (JR-77088 & JR-77091)
The role involves managing and growing SME customer portfolios, driving business acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through banking and lending solutions tailored to small and medium enterprises.
2. Team Leader – Business Development, Health Corporate Sales (JR-79455)
The successful candidate will lead health corporate sales initiatives, drive business development strategies, manage client relationships, and support growth in the corporate health insurance portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction and team performance.
3. Head of Pensions (JR-78921)
This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the pensions business, overseeing portfolio growth, enhancing customer engagement, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring achievement of business objectives within the pensions division.
4. Quality Assurance Officer (JR-79314)
The role focuses on monitoring operational quality standards, conducting process reviews, identifying service improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer service expectations.
5. Faulu MFB – Universal Banker (JR-77092)
The Universal Banker will support branch banking operations, handle customer transactions, promote banking products and services, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to branch sales and service targets.
