KISWCD is looking for staff in the following areas;

1. PRINCIPAL

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Technical Education/Sociology/Business /Development Studies
• Diploma in Technical Education will be an added advantage
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills
• Strong Business Acumen
• Certificate of good conduct from DCI
• Over 5 years experience in a TVET institution

2. SHORT COURSE TRAINERS /CONSULTANTS

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Project Management/ Counseling / Development/Business Management /Leadership / Social Work
• Excellent facilitation skills
• TOT skills

3. COLLEGE DRIVER

• KCSE D+ and above
• Valid PSV Driving license
• NYS Certificate is an added advantage
• Certificate of good conduct from DCI
• Over 5year experience in a similar position
