Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Credit Collections, will be responsible for managing and improving the bank’s loan collections processes to minimize credit risk and maintain portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily collections activities for all loan products, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Liaise with clients to negotiate repayment plans and restructure loans where appropriate.
- Provide guidance to collections staff and monitor their performance.
- Generate regular reports on collections performance and recommend improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.
