Braeburn Schools Limited is looking for a Manager – Budgeting and Reporting, to join the finance team.
This role key focus areas are:
- Collaborate with the Chief Finance Officer and Head of Schools to drive the financial strategic
direction of the company and individual schools.
- Act as the connection between finance and the executive team, clearly communicating
complex financial data to senior leaders.
- Oversee and lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, variance
analysis, internal controls, tax planning, and cash flow management.
- Support the Chief Finance Officer in managing financial resources, ensuring compliance and
contributing to the organization’s financial sustainability and performance.
Essential for Success:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
