Job Description
The Laboratory Superintendent I will be responsible for:
- Operational Leadership and Management

- Supervising laboratory technologists, technicians, and support staff, ensuring proper workload distribution and adherence to professional standards.
- Developing and implementing laboratory work plans, schedules, and performance targets in line with institutional objectives.

- Quality Assurance and Compliance
