AVAILABLE POSITIONS & JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. GROUP HEAD OF REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
The Group Head of Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that the bank adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role involves developing compliance frameworks, overseeing regulatory reporting, managing compliance risks, and ensuring effective engagement with regulatory authorities. The position also provides strategic oversight to ensure the bank operates within established legal and ethical standards.
2. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement through effective communication strategies. The manager will design and implement customer experience communication frameworks, manage customer feedback channels, and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. The role also supports improvement of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.
3. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – OIL & GAS SECTOR
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the bank’s portfolio within the oil and gas sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing key client relationships, structuring financial solutions, and ensuring portfolio growth and profitability within the sector.
4. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – SME
This role focuses on managing relationships with small and medium enterprises. The Relationship Manager will develop business within the SME segment, offer tailored financial solutions, assess credit needs, and ensure portfolio growth while maintaining risk standards.
5. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – CREDIT
The Relationship Manager – Credit will oversee credit portfolio management, including loan origination, credit analysis, monitoring, and recovery processes. The role ensures responsible lending practices while supporting business growth and maintaining asset quality.
6. REGIONAL TRADE SALES MANAGER – COAST
This role is responsible for driving trade finance business growth within the Coast region. The manager will develop trade solutions for clients, manage regional sales performance, and support cross-border trade facilitation services.
7. REGIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – BIASHARA BANKING (NYANZA/WESTERN)
The role involves managing business banking relationships within the Nyanza and Western regions. Responsibilities include portfolio growth, client acquisition, financial advisory, and ensuring delivery of banking solutions tailored to business clients.
8. REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER – COAST
The HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support across the Coast region. The role involves workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
9. REGIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – BIASHARA BANKING (COAST)
This position focuses on growing the business banking portfolio in the Coast region. The role includes client relationship management, business development, and ensuring effective delivery of financial solutions to business clients.
10. REGIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – SME (NAIROBI EAST)
The role is responsible for SME business development and relationship management within Nairobi East. The manager will identify opportunities, structure SME financing solutions, and ensure portfolio growth and risk management.
11. REGIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – SME (COAST)
This role involves managing SME clients in the Coast region. Responsibilities include business acquisition, relationship management, credit assessment, and ensuring sustainable portfolio performance.
12. SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MANUFACTURING SECTOR
The Senior Relationship Manager will manage corporate relationships within the manufacturing sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, structuring financial solutions, managing large corporate accounts, and supporting sectoral growth strategies.
13. HEAD OF SOLUTION DELIVERY
This role oversees the delivery of banking and technology solutions across the organization. The Head of Solution Delivery ensures successful execution of projects, system implementations, and service delivery improvements aligned with business goals.
14. MANAGER, ESG & CLIMATE RISK
The Manager will lead Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and climate risk initiatives within the bank. The role involves developing risk frameworks, monitoring ESG compliance, and integrating climate risk considerations into banking operations and lending decisions.
15. LEAD DEVELOPER – CARD INTEGRATIONS
This technical role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining card integration systems. The Lead Developer ensures seamless integration of card payment systems with banking platforms, enhances system performance, and supports digital payment innovations.
