Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Estate Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

The Content Creator will manage two key content streams. The first stream is social-facing content for the company’s developments, including content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The second stream is internal business content, including health and safety videos, training content, internal communications, and site updates.

The company is looking for someone who is fast, organised, self-directed, deeply familiar with social media, and genuinely interested in how content performs after publication.

The Content Creator will be responsible for:
