Manager Card Systems
The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end POS operations which entail testing of POS hardware & Software applications.
He/She will also be responsible for end-to-end eCommerce technical support, deliver quality service to both internal and external customers and always provide high system availability.
Additionally, the role holder will identify, establish and nurture partnerships with eCommerce vendors and other stakeholders ensuring the customer experience is improved.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a data driven system analysis to ensure continuous system improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring all POS and ecommerce technical support issues are resolved within SLA.
- Managing the configuration and testing of the POS applications and its validity.
- Carrying out Terminal Management System (TMS) configurations and reporting
- Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
- Ensure 24*7 availability of the Switch and Payments systems as required by users
- Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
- Be the driving force behind process optimization: by contributing to continuous service improvements, change management and documentations.
- Perform system upgrades and apply system patches promptly received from system vendors.
The Person
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business or Engineering or a related field of study.
- 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
- 3 years POS experience.
- 3 years’ Ecommerce experience.
