1. Senior Manager – Domain Architect Core Banking Applications
Job Purpose
The role holder will be responsible for shaping and guiding the core banking systems architecture across various banking domains, including retail, corporate, investment banking, and insurance operations. This involves ensuring that the core banking applications and their supporting ecosystems align with business goals, follow industry best practices, and adopt emerging technologies to support high-performance and scalable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of the core banking architecture across all business domains.
- Drive the modernization and integration of core banking platforms to support seamless banking operations and real-time data exchange.
- Ensure that all systems within the core banking ecosystem meet performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to identify and implement best-fit technology solutions for current and future needs.
- Oversee application lifecycle management and optimize system performance through architectural governance.
- Provide architectural leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives involving core banking systems.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform continuous improvement and innovation within the core banking space.

2. Senior Manager – Domain Architect Enterprise & Customer Applications
Job Purpose
This role focuses on driving the technology strategy and architecture for enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will play a central role in delivering robust CRM platforms, internal self-service portals, and enterprise applications that enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer engagement across the KCB Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise and customer-facing applications in alignment with KCB Group’s digital transformation agenda.
- Define architectural frameworks that ensure seamless integration and performance of CRM platforms, self-service portals, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure enterprise applications are scalable, secure, resilient, and support strategic business operations and customer experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and system designs.
- Guide the implementation of modern development practices including DevSecOps, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Champion user-centric design principles in the development of internal and customer applications.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing the performance of existing applications and recommending architectural enhancements.

Job Purpose
The holder of this role will define and implement the infrastructure and cloud architecture strategy for the KCB Group. The role requires a strategic leader capable of navigating a dynamic environment to ensure infrastructure and cloud solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with KCB’s innovation and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and execution of infrastructure and cloud architecture strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Ensure that infrastructure and cloud solutions support the Group’s digital innovation initiatives and provide seamless integration across platforms.
- Collaborate with technology leaders and teams to establish cloud governance models, including security, compliance, and cost management frameworks.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies such as hybrid cloud, containerization, and orchestration tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection strategies that align with regulatory and business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance in infrastructure modernization projects and transformation programs.
