1. Employee Relations & Wellness Analyst

Job Description:
Reporting to the Head – Employee Relations & Wellness, the Analyst will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and analytical support to the Employee Relations (ER) department.
- Collecting, compiling, and analyzing ER data, metrics, and statistics.
- Making recommendations based on insights from ER data.
- Supporting implementation of initiatives aligned with the department’s KPIs.
2. Legal Counsel, Commercial
Location: Kenya

Job Description:
Reporting to the Head Counsel – Commercial, the role entails:
- Managing a portfolio in commercial legal services.
- Handling contract drafting, review, and negotiations.
- Offering legal opinions and undertaking legal research.
- Administering probate matters.
- Conducting legal awareness training sessions across the business.
3. Assistant Manager, Agribusiness
Location: Kenya

Job Description:
This role is critical to the growth of KCB’s agricultural portfolio and involves:
- Executing the Agribusiness Retail Strategy.
- Driving growth in market share within the agriculture value chain.
- Managing assets and liabilities within the Agribusiness brand.

- Traveling up to 60% of the time for client and field engagement.
4. Manager, Growth – International Francophone (DRC, Rwanda, Burundi)

Job Description:
This role supports the incubation and scaling of digital products in Francophone subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:
- Driving adoption and usage of digital payments, lending, and saving products.
- Ensuring alignment with the business plans of DRC, Rwanda, and Burundi subsidiaries.
- Leveraging the branch network and corporate teams to increase product penetration.
- Leading product embedment strategies across country operations.
5. Manager, Card Systems

Job Description:
This position ensures the efficient maintenance and compliance of KCB’s Card Management System:
- Overseeing availability and performance of the Card System.
- Providing quality service and technical support to internal and external customers.
- Supporting operational teams in IT-related issues related to cards.
- Ensuring compliance with payment association standards and policies.
6. Branch Manager – Lodwar Branch
Location: Lodwar, Kenya

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager – Nairobi Environs, the Branch Manager will:
- Provide leadership and direction to the branch team.
- Drive growth and profitability of the branch.
- Oversee risk management and operational controls.
