Recruitment of Agripreneurs under NAVCDP Project
The Department of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries – Nyeri County , through the National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (NAVCDP), invites applications from qualified and interested candidates for the position of Agripreneur.The Agripreneurs will play a key role in strengthening last-mile agricultural extension service delivery. The Agripreneurs will provide last mile extension services to farmers and will be deployed at their respective locations/ Sub Locations.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
• Be a holder of a post-secondary certificate in Agriculture (Agronomy, Horticulture, Animal Production/Health, Range Management, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field).
• Be a Kenyan citizen and a resident of the ward of application.
• Be digitally literate and in possession of a smartphone.
• Have good communication skills in English, Kiswahili, and the local dialect.
• Experience in agricultural development will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate commitment to full-time engagement.
