As a Real Estate Advisor, you will play a critical role in identifying sales leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting Tatu City’s residential developments, including Kijani Ridge, Jabali, Oaklands, and Zuri Springs. Role Overview

The Real Estate Advisor will work closely with the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales to execute strategies and action plans that drive sales revenue for Tatu City’s residential projects. This includes liaising with buyers, scheduling site visits, participating in promotional events, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with buyers, providing detailed information about Tatu City’s residential offerings, including pricing, sizes, and locations.
  • Identify new sales leads, originate and close sales.
  • Build a strong knowledge of local and international property markets to influence client purchase decisions.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating open days, client presentations, and other initiatives to generate leads and boost sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and brokerage firms to drive sales.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to gather market intelligence and promote Tatu City properties.
  • Use CRM systems such as Salesforce to record all sales activities and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collate and analyze market data to identify trends and provide quarterly reports to management.
  • Support the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in hosting client presentations and managing client relationships.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to meet sales objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies from a recognized institution.
  • Over 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate, banking, or insurance sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain productive networks in Kenyan business circles.
  • Experience in liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is an added advantage.
