This role, based at our Head Office in Nairobi, will play a critical part in driving product excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the end-to-end product experience, ensuring Jubilee remains at the forefront of the insurance industry.
