Organize the management of logistical resources and means
– Upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and facilities (including perimeter walls, patrol paths, and indoor and outdoor parking areas)
– Monitoring and control of green space maintenance
– Maintaining driver schedules and managing the vehicle fleet
MAIN ACTIVITIES
▪ Contribution to budget assessments for minor building maintenance and upkeep work
▪ Preparation of work and maintenance quotes in accordance with technical requirements
▪ Planning of preventive maintenance interventions
▪ Management of corrective maintenance interventions
▪ Organization of site logistics, particularly for events and receptions on campus
▪ Management of technical equipment and tool inventory
▪ Awarding of service contracts (tenders, supplier search, procurement, price negotiations, purchases)
▪ Technical liaison with service providers
▪ Management of the work schedule and communication with users
▪ Monitoring of health and safety issues ▪
Management of the driver schedule
▪ Monitoring of the vehicle fleet: maintenance and repair work
▪ Supervision of the gardening contract and the application of maintenance instructions
▪ Communication with the Real Estate Department (DIL)
▪ And any other assigned tasks Depending on the job activity

Location: French Embassy in Kenya – Nairobi
Team composition: under the authority of the SGA, 5 drivers, 1 gardener, 2 maintenance agents
